There’s no need for a pedalo
When I go
When I cycle across the sea
Every tuna and pike
Will swim to my bike
And wonder “what could this be?”
As my tires splash
And spin as I dash
Pedalling tirelessly
And should I encounter
A pufferfish puncture
Which strands me hopelessly
The squeak of my wheels
Will attract dolphins and seals
Who’ll come to rescue me
And they’ll be sure
To tow me to shore
So I can complete my journey
And sing “land ho!”
When I go
When I cycle across the sea.
