Captain Cuppa cried while sailing the sea
“It’s high tide me hearties and high time for tea”
Then he ordered his thirsty, tea-bellied crew
To help him make the mighty brew

They replaced the sea’s salt with sugar
The seaweed with tea leaves
And for milk they cracked open every coconut
From every island’s coconut trees

Then the captain he harpooned the sun
And when the sea boiled the brew was done
Stirred together in a whirling whirlpool
And a sea breeze helped to make it cool

It was too big to fit in any mug
For the sea weighs many a ton
So they took a swim and drank it in
And soon the sea was gone!
